My wife knocked her solitaire diamond straight out of her ring helping me unhook the camper’s weight distribution hitch from the truck... instant panic! She found it right away luckily. Turns out she had bent the setting’s prongs sideways but the diamond wasn’t hurt by the hitch falling. (She was ok too) Russell repaired the mount flawlessly, quickly, and created a much stronger setting for the diamond with new reinforcements added so this would be very difficult to occur again. The ring looks better now than when I bought it in the first place!
